![]() ![]() I don't care about graphical quality, I would rather not play an anime game but that's not set in stone. I just want a game where players actually value forming relationships and experiencing the world with friends over meta-gaming and grinding to the end game as fast as possible, ignoring 95% of the game's content, just to get some arbitrary numbers on a character sheet as high as possible.Īre emulators of classic games the only option for this style of play at this point? ![]() ![]() It seems every MMO nowadays is just a "solo to the max lvl as fast as possible then no-life end-game content for pixels".Īre there any MMOs out there where grouping in the early levels is actually the primary playstyle? I've played many MMOs, the ones I have sank the most time into were WoW(started at the ass-end of Vanilla and quit during WotLK), Classic EverQuest(Project 1999 emulator, I had an incredible time but the knowledge that everything I was doing had been done a million times before and catalogued in every aspect was always in my mind, everybody else knew everything about the game, and it took the fun out of exploring for the most part), Albion Online(used to be perfect but now everything is instanced, focused on efficiency/meta play, and has no soul). Looking for a fantasy MMORPG that emphasizes group play/socializing. ![]()
